The health benefits of Virgin Coconut Oil – Interview with Dr. Kaku Kyama, Author of the book ….

Our Virgin Coconut Oil is produced from fresh coconuts at low temperatures. It contains no
chemicals. The fresh coconuts are harvested from farms which have neither used inorganic fertilizers nor
pesticides.
Virgin Coconut Oil is a short and medium chain saturated fat. Virgin Coconut Oil used as
part of the daily meals enhances the taste and quality of the food while promoting good health, thereby
reducing the health bills. Virgin Coconut Oil is a functional food. It provides some of the basic
molecules required by the cells for their fundamental activities in the body.
Lipid experts claim that short and medium chain saturated (SMCS) fatty acids are antiviral, antifungal
and antimicrobial and they do not contribute to body fat. Currently, livestock breeders in Europe are
using short and medium chain saturated fats as prophylactic in their animal feed. The resultant livestock
are very healthy providing profitable conversion ratios.
The USFDA has approved a number medicines and health promoting protocols based of SMCS fatty
acids.
Various scientists have shown that SMCS fatty acids prevent non-communicable diseases and fungal
and viral infections including COVID-19. On July 21, 2020, Philstar reported that the Medical Director,
Doctor Jose Mondejar of Equilibrium Integrative Health Clinic and Professor Fabian Dayrit of Ateneo de
Manila University both in the Philippines have shown that Virgin Coconut Oil cures and prevents covid-
19. See Philstar.com ( https://www.philstar.com/lifestyle/health-and-family/2020/07/21/2029583/virgin-

STORAGE.
Virgin Coconut Oil is very stable. It does not require refrigeration. At room temperature it will stay
fresh for at least two years. However, avoid direct sunlight, a damp place and direct heat.
Virgin Coconut Oil, stored in a warm (above 26 o C) place, will be in the liquid form. If you keep it
where it is cooler, it will be solid like butter. Hence, it is sometimes called Coconut Butter
